TARKA is a fresh new concept that is revolutionising hostels and creating a whole new category of accommodation in the UK. TARKA’s USPs are its sleeping capsules, technology and design DNA, and our unique F&B concept. The capsule concept is already well established and successful in Japan and other parts of Asia. TARKA will create an upscale version of a capsule hotel that will appeal to a more diverse range of people than a traditional hostel. NANAKAI – our bar and restaurant – is based on an authentic Japanese Izakaya. It will offer high quality drinks and simple dishes which are served throughout the day. The bar and restaurant will be open to the public. TARKA is a rapidly growing start-up with experienced leadership and rapid national and international growth plans: Success in the pilot role will lead to senior international leadership roles very quickly.
