Barista

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of coffee and hot and cold beverages to a consistently high standard

• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other bar equipment • Take customer orders accurately and process payments

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service

• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked coffee station

• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards

• Maintain consistent drink quality, presentation, and portion control

Experience

• Previous barista experience is preferred

• Experience working in a café, restaurant, hotel, or other hospitality environment is an advantage

• Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and coffee preparation techniques is beneficial

Other Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Fluent spoken and written English is required. Proficiency in an additional European language is an advantage

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
