We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at The Trevor Arms in Marford as we prepare to reopen this fantastic venue.

The Trevor Arms is undergoing significant investment and refurbishment throughout the entire venue, including a fully refurbished kitchen ready for opening. This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new team, working in a modern, well-equipped kitchen and helping to establish a fantastic reputation for quality food from day one.

We're building a passionate team dedicated to delivering great food, excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.

The Role

Working alongside our Head Chef and wider kitchen team, you'll play an important role in delivering consistently high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard.

• Taking ownership of your section during preparation and service.

• Maintaining excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards.

• Supporting stock control, portion management and minimising food waste.

• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Contributing ideas and enthusiasm to menu development and daily specials.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to take the next step.

• A genuine passion for fresh food and quality ingredients.

• Good organisational skills and the ability to work confidently under pressure.

• A positive attitude and a strong team ethic.

• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene procedures.

• Reliability, enthusiasm and pride in your work.

What We Offer

• £13.00 – £14.00 per hour, depending on experience.
