EXPERIENCED SELF-EMPLOYED PUB OPERATORS WANTED – UK WIDE

Union Pubs & Bars is recruiting experienced individuals and management couples for immediate pub operator opportunities across the UK.

We have a range of traditional community pubs and village inns available.

What we offer:

• Self-employed operator agreements

• Estimated annual earning potential of £25,000–£30,000

• Earnings based on a percentage of pub turnover

This is a self-employed opportunity, not a salaried position. Earnings are variable and not guaranteed.

Operator deposits typically range from £2,000 to £5,000, depending on the location. Full terms will be explained before any commitment.

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the pub.

• Recruit, supervise and manage staff.

• Deliver excellent customer service.

• Maintain stock control and operational standards.

• Develop local trade and increase turnover.

• Ensure compliance with licensing and health and safety requirements.

• Take responsibility for the overall performance of the business.

• Proven experience in pub management or licensed premises.

• Strong leadership and business management skills.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Personal Licence preferred.

• Individuals and experienced management couples welcome.

• Ability to provide the required operator deposit.

• Available to take on an opportunity at short notice.
