NEW OPENING November 2026- Bancone Oxford Street (near Bond Street)

Full-time role (30-40h, 5 days per week) - £15 per hour (inclusive of Tronc) + surplus Service Charge

BANCONE, which means “Bar” or “Counter”, is an exciting pasta restaurant which currently runs 5 successful restaurants in London.

We pride ourselves on serving Michelin Quality pasta, at an affordable price, in informal settings, providing a friendly yet professional service to our guests as well as promoting and growing our teams through dedicated training and coaching.

We are now recruiting for Waiting Staff to join us in our NEW OPENING, just a few seconds walk from Bond Street.

Please note that interviews and trial shifts will be held at our existing restaurants in Golden Square, Covent Garden, Borough Yards, High Street Kensington, City or Russell Square.

Applicants must have the right to legally live and work in the UK without restrictions or limitations.

• Greet guests warmly and seat them according to restaurant layout

• Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen

• Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and timing

• Handle payments and process transactions efficiently

• Maintain your section and tables to a high standard throughout service

• Support colleagues during busy periods and help with general front-of-house duties

• Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues professionally

• Positive, upbeat and approachable nature, willingness to learn and get involved in exciting projects;

• Passion for food and drinks as well as delivering excellent customer service;

• Being able to work as a team player as well as completing individual tasks;

• Honesty, integrity and accountability;

• Complying with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards.

• Previous waiter experience in a similar restaurant environment

• Strong understanding of food and wine service standards

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy shifts

• Excellent communication skills and genuine interest in hospitality

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

• Attention to detail and genuine care for guest satisfaction
