About this role
Four W is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and professional Waitress / Front of House Team Member to join our team.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about hospitality, provides excellent customer service and enjoys working in a welcoming, fast-paced restaurant environment.
What you will do
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages to a high standard.
Ensure customers receive excellent service throughout their visit.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
Handle customer enquiries and requests professionally.
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
What we are looking for
● Previous waitressing or hospitality experience preferred.
● Excellent communication and customer service skills.
● Friendly, approachable and well-presented.
● Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
● Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
● Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
