Barista

We're looking for an experienced barista to join our busy café. You'll be making quality espresso-based drinks, working the till, and keeping things running smoothly during service. This is a full-time role in a fast-paced environment where you'll work as part of a small team and have direct contact with customers every shift.

• Prepare and serve espresso drinks to a consistently high standard

• Operate the till and handle payments accurately

• Keep the espresso machine and equipment clean and well-maintained

• Stock the bar and manage inventory throughout the day

• Assist with opening and closing duties

• Train newer team members on drink preparation and café procedures

• Respond to customer requests and handle any issues professionally

• At least two years' experience working as a barista

• Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks and milk steaming technique

• Ability to work quickly and accurately during busy periods

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to commit to a regular schedule

• Basic maths skills for handling the till

• Customer service experience and a friendly approach
