We're recruiting an experienced barista for our busy London café. You'll be crafting quality espresso-based drinks, managing the till, and delivering friendly service to a steady stream of customers throughout the day. This is a full-time role working with a small, supportive team where your coffee skills and customer focus will really matter. We're after someone who takes pride in their work and can keep things running smoothly when it gets hectic.

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks and other beverages to consistent standards

• Operate the till accurately and process payments during service

• Keep the bar area clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout your shift

• Engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner and remember regulars

• Maintain equipment and report any issues to management

• Work collaboratively with team members to support service during busy periods

• Follow health and safety procedures and company standards

• Proven barista experience in a café or similar environment

• Solid knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and milk steaming techniques

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and managing multiple orders

• Strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in hospitality

• Ability to work full-time hours and some flexibility with shift patterns

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and cleanliness
