Fish! Restaurant is a busy, well-established seafood brasserie in the heart of Borough Market. We're looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our professional kitchen team.

-£14.00–£15.50 per hour including tronc

-Additional monthly tronc bonus

- Work confidently across grill and fryer sections

- Prepare and cook dishes to recipe specifications

-Maintain excellent food hygiene and food safety standards

✔ Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy London kitchen

✔ Experience working with grills and fryers

✔ Ability to perform well under pressure

✔ Good English communication skills

✔ Passion for food and willingness to learn and develop

✔ Flexible availability – this role does not offer fixed days or fixed shifts and includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays
